After-Sales Service Terms

Thank you for purchasing StarMiner products. Please read the following terms carefully before using your device.

I. Warranty Period

StarMiner products come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery (signature date).

During the warranty period, if a non-artificial hardware failure occurs under normal use, StarMiner will repair or replace the defective parts after confirmation by our after‑sales support team.

II. Warranty Coverage

The following situations are covered under normal use conditions:

  • The main hardware of the product fails due to non‑human factors.
  • The device fails to start normally and the failure is confirmed to be hardware‑related.
  • Quality issues of core components such as chips, mainboards, or fans under normal operation.
  • Other faults confirmed by StarMiner after‑sales as product‑quality related.

III. Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty)

The following situations are NOT covered by the free warranty service:

  • Products exceeding the 6‑month warranty period.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, or flashing of non‑official firmware.
  • Damage caused by water, humidity, corrosion, dropping, crushing, impact, or other external factors.
  • Damage caused by unstable voltage, incorrect power supply, or use of unqualified power adapters.
  • Failure due to improper environmental conditions such as high temperature, dust, poor ventilation, or humid environment.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, lightning strikes, force majeure, etc.
  • Product serial number or warranty label is torn, altered, damaged, or unrecognizable.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized third‑party repairs.
  • Accessories, packaging, gifts, consumables, etc. (unless otherwise stated).

IV. After‑Sales Request Process

If you encounter any product issue, please follow the process below:

  1. Contact StarMiner official customer support.
  2. Provide order information, product serial number, fault description, and photos/videos.
  3. The support team will perform initial diagnosis and provide remote troubleshooting suggestions.
  4. If repair is required, follow the instructions to send the product back to the designated service address.
  5. StarMiner will inspect the product after receiving it.
  6. If the fault is confirmed to be within warranty, free repair or replacement of defective parts will be provided.

V. Shipping Costs

  • If the fault is confirmed to be a quality issue within the warranty period, StarMiner will bear the repair costs.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when sending the product back to the after‑sales center.
  • The return shipping cost after repair will be determined through mutual communication.
  • If the inspection result shows human damage, improper use, or out‑of‑warranty conditions, the customer must bear both the repair costs and round‑trip shipping fees.

VI. Repair & Replacement Notes

  • During repair, components may be replaced with equivalent or similar performing parts.
  • Replaced parts become the property of StarMiner.
  • If the product cannot be repaired, StarMiner may offer a replacement of the same model or of equivalent value.
  • Repair or replacement does not extend the warranty period; the warranty period remains calculated from the original delivery date.

VII. Usage Recommendations

To ensure stable operation and reduce risk of failure, we recommend:

  • Use the original power adapter or a certified equivalent that meets the specifications.
  • Keep the device in a well‑ventilated area, away from high temperature, humidity, and dust.
  • Avoid frequent power interruptions, incorrect wiring, or prolonged abnormal operation.
  • Do not disassemble, modify, or flash non‑official firmware without authorization.
  • Regularly check device status, temperature, and network connection.

VIII. Special Notes

StarMiner provides mining hardware products and related technical services. We do not guarantee any fixed income, block finding probability, or return on investment.

Cryptocurrency mining involves various risks, including market price volatility, network difficulty changes, electricity costs, device operation, and regulatory changes. Solo mining is probabilistic and does not guarantee block rewards. Users are advised to make rational purchasing decisions based on their own circumstances.

IX. Final Interpretation

Within the scope permitted by law, StarMiner reserves the right of final interpretation of these after‑sales service terms.

一、保修期限

StarMiner 产品自签收之日起提供 6 个月有限保修

保修期内,若产品在正常使用情况下出现非人为硬件故障,经 StarMiner 售后确认后,我们将提供维修或更换故障部件的服务。

二、保修范围

正常使用条件下,以下情况属于保修范围:

  • 产品主机硬件因非人为原因出现故障。
  • 设备无法正常启动且确认为硬件故障。
  • 芯片、主板、风扇等核心部件在正常使用中出现质量问题。
  • 其他经 StarMiner 售后确认属于产品质量问题的故障。

三、不属于保修范围的情况

以下情况不在免费保修范围内:

  • 超过 6 个月保修期限的产品。
  • 私自拆机、改装、刷写非官方固件导致的故障。
  • 进水、受潮、腐蚀、摔落、挤压、撞击等人为或外部因素造成的损坏。
  • 电压不稳、错误供电、使用不合格电源适配器导致的损坏。
  • 高温、灰尘、通风不良、环境潮湿等使用环境不当造成的故障。
  • 自然灾害、火灾、雷击、不可抗力等造成的损坏。
  • 产品序列号、保修标签被撕毁、涂改、损坏或无法识别。
  • 未经 StarMiner 授权的第三方维修导致的损坏。
  • 配件、包装、赠品、耗材等非主机核心部件(除非另有说明)。

四、售后申请流程

如产品出现问题,请按以下流程申请售后服务:

  1. 联系 StarMiner 官方客服。
  2. 提供订单信息、产品序列号、故障描述、图片或视频。
  3. 售后人员初步判断并提供远程排查建议。
  4. 如需返修,按指引寄回指定售后地址。
  5. StarMiner 收到产品后进行检测。
  6. 确认为保修范围内故障的,提供免费维修或更换故障部件。

五、运费说明

  • 保修期内确认为质量问题的维修,StarMiner 承担维修费用。
  • 客户寄回产品的运费由客户承担。
  • 维修完成后寄回客户的运费,以双方沟通确认为准。
  • 如检测结果为人为损坏、使用不当或超出保修范围,客户需承担维修费用及往返运费。

六、维修与更换说明

  • 维修过程中可能更换同型号或性能相近的部件。
  • 更换后的部件归 StarMiner 所有。
  • 如无法维修,StarMiner 可提供更换同型号或等值产品的方案。
  • 维修或更换不延长保修期,保修期仍以原订单签收日期起算。

七、使用建议

为保障设备稳定运行并减少故障风险,建议用户:

  • 使用原装或符合规格要求的电源适配器。
  • 保持设备通风良好,避免高温、潮湿和灰尘环境。
  • 避免频繁断电、错误接线或长时间异常运行。
  • 不要私自拆机、改装或刷写非官方固件。
  • 定期检查设备运行状态、温度和网络连接。

八、特别说明

StarMiner 提供矿机硬件产品及相关技术服务,不承诺任何固定收益、出块概率或投资回报。

加密货币挖矿存在市场价格、网络难度、电力成本、设备运行、政策变化等多重风险。Solo 挖矿属于概率型挖矿方式,不保证出块收益。用户应根据自身情况理性购买和使用。

九、最终解释权

在法律允许范围内,StarMiner 对本售后服务条款拥有最终解释权。
