🚚 Shipping Information
Ustar ships all fully paid orders based on a priority system — the earlier the payment is completed, the sooner the order will be dispatched.
For pre-orders, the shipping timeline depends on factory release schedules. We will provide timely updates if any changes occur regarding delivery.
While we strive to dispatch most orders within 48 hours, we guarantee shipment within 7 business days after confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
Please be aware that customs clearance is the buyer's responsibility. Any delays, rejections, or returns caused by missing documents or local policy compliance fall under the buyer's scope. We strongly recommend understanding your local import requirements and preparing all paperwork ahead of time.

🆕 New Miner Warranty
Brand-new miners purchased through Ustar come with a warranty period of 6 to 12 months, depending on the manufacturer's policy and production batch date.
The warranty starts from the manufacturing date, not the purchase date. Please refer to the manufacturer's official guidelines for specifics.
⚙️ Usage Disclaimer
Ustar is not liable for any damage or malfunction resulting from improper use, overclocking, environmental misuse, or modifications beyond the original specifications.
We encourage users to follow all instructions and operational guidelines provided by the manufacturer.
♻️ Used Equipment Handling
For second-hand miners, Ustar will provide a recorded video of the machine's real-time performance, including hashrate demonstration, prior to shipment.
After your confirmation and approval of the video, we'll proceed with the final delivery arrangement.
