1. What hashrate and power consumption can I expect from the NerdQAXE Rev 3.1 13.8T Hydro?+

The NerdQAXE Rev 3.1 13.8T Hydro is designed to deliver approximately 13.8 TH/s when operating under suitable power, cooling and firmware conditions. Actual sustained hashrate may vary with ambient temperature, pool latency, firmware version and operating settings.

For installation planning, allow for up to approximately 240W for the miner, plus normal conversion losses from the power supply and any power required by the pump or radiator fans. Measurements taken at the wall may therefore differ from the value shown in the miner interface.

2. Is the NerdQAXE Rev 3.1 13.8T Hydro quiet enough for home use?+

The hydro-cooling system reduces the need for the high-speed fans commonly used by conventional ASIC miners, making this model more suitable for home, office or desktop mining environments. However, it should not be considered completely silent.

The pump and radiator fans will still produce some sound, and the miner will release heat into the room. Final noise and temperature levels depend on fan speed, room temperature, ventilation and operating settings. For comfortable continuous use, place the miner in a ventilated area rather than an enclosed cabinet.

3. Does the miner arrive ready to run, and what should I check before ordering?+

The NerdQAXE Rev 3.1 13.8T Hydro is supplied as a configured hydro-cooled mining unit. Power supplies, regional AC cables and cooling accessories may vary depending on the selected configuration and shipping destination.

Before placing your order, please confirm whether the chosen option includes the power supply, regional power cable, pump, radiator, fans, tubing and other required accessories. Customers who need a complete ready-to-run package should contact UStarMiner before ordering to confirm the exact package contents and plug type.

4. How difficult is it to set up and maintain the NerdQAXE Rev 3.1 13.8T Hydro?+

Basic network and pool configuration is managed through the miner’s web interface. The usual process is to power on the unit, connect to its temporary Wi-Fi network, enter your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi credentials, and then add your Bitcoin wallet address and compatible mining-pool information.

Before powering the miner, check that the cooling loop is properly connected, the pump is operating and coolant is circulating normally. Do not operate the pump without coolant. During regular use, inspect the tubing, fittings, radiator airflow and coolant condition, and monitor both ASIC and voltage-regulator temperatures through the interface.

Users can adjust supported frequency and voltage settings, but stock settings are recommended for initial operation. Overclocking can increase power consumption, heat and hardware stress and may affect warranty coverage.

5.Can the NerdQAXE Rev 3.1 13.8T Hydro mine Bitcoin solo, and does 13.8 TH/s guarantee rewards?+

Yes. The NerdQAXE Rev 3.1 13.8T Hydro uses the SHA-256 algorithm and can connect to a compatible Bitcoin solo-mining pool or supported standard mining pool. Its approximately 12 TH/s target hashrate provides significantly more hashing power than smaller entry-level desktop miners.

Solo mining remains probability-based, however, and no miner can guarantee that it will find a Bitcoin block or generate regular income. Results depend on Bitcoin network difficulty, uptime, pool configuration, latency and luck. This product is best suited to users who value home mining, open-source hardware, Bitcoin network participation and the possibility—but not certainty—of finding a solo block.
