As part of our global brand development and efforts to present a consistent identity online and offline, Starminer is changing its brand name to Ustarminer.
Product specifications and service commitments remain unchanged
This brand name change does not involve any changes to product specifications. For each respective product, the hardware design, firmware functionality, performance specifications, warranty policy, after-sales technical support and quality standards continue under the existing terms.
Transition between old and new packaging
During the 60-day packaging transition beginning on the official publication date of this notice, orders will ship in both Starminer-branded and Ustarminer-branded packaging. This is a normal part of the packaging transition.
Existing stock bearing the Starminer name remains genuine manufacturer stock and will continue to be sold and shipped as normal. The brand name change does not affect its warranty. New Ustarminer packaging will be introduced gradually.
A difference in packaging branding does not indicate a different product version. Please refer to the relevant product information for the specific model and specifications.
