Key advantages
- Cloud Remote Management: Monitor and control your miner anytime, anywhere. Use the App to remotely configure wallet addresses and mining pools, with real-time monitoring of hashrate, temperature, power consumption and online status — without needing to be on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Block Query: One-tap check in the App to see if your miner has found a BTC block. When a block is found, “Block Found” is displayed along with the timestamp and block height.
- Unified Multi-Device Management: Supports remote power on/off, scheduled power on/off times, fault alerts, and centralized management of all your devices. One tap in the App makes the unit display “HI” on its screen for quick device locating; new device logins require primary account authorization to keep your mining account secure.
- Global Warranty & Multi-Language: Global warranty coverage — check warranty status anytime via the official website or App. Multi-language App interface for users worldwide.
- Standalone Operation & OTA Updates: The miner runs fully standalone — no App required for normal mining. Firmware can be updated over-the-air via the App, supporting both single-unit and batch upgrades with one tap.

Warranty & service
This product includes a 180-day manufacturer warranty, starting from first power-on after setup and use.
After an app membership period expires, the device continues operating independently, though some app functions may be limited. Official firmware updates will continue to improve supported functions; more app features will be released in future versions.
Selected replacement accessories are available. Contact support if an accessory is damaged. Do not flash or use unofficial firmware, as this may affect device stability and after-sales service.
Risk notice
Solo mining results are probabilistic. A successful block depends on network difficulty, device hashrate, operating time and chance. Block results shown on the page demonstrate the query function only; they do not guarantee a BTC reward after purchase.

Great little Solo Bitcoin Miner — This little Gamma 601 has really been a solid and fun choice to purchase. I’ve managed to get a nearly solid 1.8T output with solid thermals. Solid little device.
so far so good — I am learning about this stuff. If you have a 211 or 201 error, it has to do with the connection not being 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
Takes just a few minutes to setup — Easy setup, runs stable at around 1.26 TH/s and draws around 21 watts. It is fun to do and a good way to gain experience.
Very cool machine — I was able to set up with unMineable. I am making bitcoin and a few other coins. Will buy more.
Outstanding craftsmanship — Awesome, very nice. Running like a champ. I will be back for more.
I absolutely love the interface and app. The sleep mode, 12V operation, automatic stable firmware updates, and lower rejection rate make this an excellent choice for average users.
The product is as advertised, well-packaged and quiet. I am satisfied and recommend both the product and the seller.
Exceptional value for money. The mobile app and web interface are useful, and the miner arrived from China in six days. The miner is hashing well and I would recommend this company.
The miner is compact, quiet, and works perfectly. After overclocking tests, I achieved a stable and safe 1.52 TH/s at 61°C with the fan fixed at 55%.

Watch on YouTube ↗1. Is the Bitaxe Gamma 601 1.2T suitable for beginners and home Bitcoin mining?+
Yes. The Bitaxe Gamma 601 is designed as a compact, low-power Bitcoin miner that can be operated at home without the electrical infrastructure normally required by full-size ASIC miners. Its rated hashrate is 1.2 TH/s, with 17 W rated power consumption and a listed noise level of about 25–30 dB.
It is a practical option for learning how Bitcoin mining works, experimenting with solo mining, monitoring real-time mining data and supporting the Bitcoin network. However, it should be considered an educational and lottery-style home miner rather than a predictable income-producing machine.
2. How much electricity does the Bitaxe Gamma 601 1.2T use?+
Based on the rated 17 W power consumption, continuous operation would use approximately:
- 0.408 kWh per day
- 12.24 kWh over a 30-day month
- 148.92 kWh per year
Actual wall-socket consumption may be slightly higher because of power-supply conversion losses, cooling conditions and device settings. Electricity cost can be estimated by multiplying monthly energy consumption by your local electricity rate.
This low energy requirement makes the 1.2T model easier to operate continuously than a conventional industrial Bitcoin miner.
3. Can the Bitaxe Gamma 601 mine on both solo and shared mining pools?+
Yes. The miner can be configured through AxeOS to connect to a compatible SHA-256 solo pool or a shared mining pool.
Solo mining gives the miner an independent chance of finding a Bitcoin block, but at 1.2 TH/s the probability is extremely low and no reward should be expected within a particular timeframe. A shared pool can provide more frequent performance statistics and may offer smaller proportional payouts, subject to the pool’s minimum payout threshold, fees and policies.
Before selecting a pool, check its server location, payout method, minimum payout requirement and compatibility with low-hashrate miners.
4. How can I confirm that the Bitaxe Gamma 601 is actually mining?+
After setup, open the AxeOS dashboard and check the following indicators:
- The miner is connected to the selected pool.
- The reported hashrate is reasonably close to the expected range.
- Accepted shares continue to increase.
- Rejected or stale shares remain relatively low.
- ASIC and voltage-regulator temperatures remain stable.
- The worker appears online in the mining pool dashboard.
Accepted shares confirm that the pool is receiving valid work from the miner. “Best difficulty” records the strongest share found so far, but it does not mean that a Bitcoin block has been found or that a payout is guaranteed.
5. Should I choose the 1.2T model instead of a higher-hashrate Bitaxe Gamma?+
The 1.2T version is better suited to buyers who prioritize lower power consumption, manageable heat output and conservative long-term operation. It is a sensible starting point for beginners, educational use and small home-mining setups.
Higher-hashrate versions may submit more work to the pool, but they can also require more power and cooling. Overclocking the 1.2T model may increase hashrate, but actual results vary between units and can raise temperature, power consumption, fan noise and hardware stress. For customers who want higher performance without adjusting factory settings, purchasing a model designed and tested for a higher rated hashrate is generally the more appropriate choice.
